Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to support two of our Attorneys. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Insurance Defense.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files and case records.
• Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed.
• Assist with billing and timekeeping activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
