We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up public works projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing municipal, government, or public sector construction projects and coordinating field operations for large-scale builds.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up public projects
- Manage subcontractors, field crews, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and public contract requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to drive project success
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
