Inspector

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Inspector .

Position Type : Contract

Duration : 12 Months , Potential contract to hire

Location : Wilmington, Massachusetts 01887

As an Inspector , you will responsible for :

• Experience with engineering drawings- review and interpretation
• Familiarity with common measuring devices Caliper, Radius Gages, Micrometers, Optical comparator, Deltronic pins , Vision System
• Ability to review assembly / test documentation for appropriate traceability and in accordance with internal company procedures.
• Experience inspecting to IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum and / or NASA 8739.4.
• Experience with GD&T ( Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing)

The ideal candidate will have :

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Five years of experience in aerospace We require a mechanical inspector to work in our receiving inspection department.
• Experience in inspecting to specific standards like IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum and / or NASA 8739.4 are preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with GD&T is also desired

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $28 -$31 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
