Position Summary : A Duie Pyle is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst to provide insights that support purchasing decisions, optimize supplier performance, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to :

• Analyzing purchasing data, evaluating supplier performance, and assessing market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Supporting sourcing initiatives, RFQs, and contract negotiations
• Maintaining accurate purchase order records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Collaborating with departments to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and support budget planning
• Developing and maintaining key procurement reports and dashboards (e.g., spend analysis, supplier scorecards)
• Assisting in supplier evaluations, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and contribute to procurement best practices
