Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner
This position will be responsible for various functions including recruitment, talent acquisition strategy, onboarding and offboarding employees, performance management, and organizational development. This position reports onsite 5 days a week and has a lot of great perks that come with the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Provide employee support with requests and inquiries
- Analyze needs for new positions including replacements or backfills
- Draft and edit job descriptions
- Create new hire offer packages and assist with onboarding
- Investigate complaints and issues and determine resolutions
- Partner with managers on development strategies for employees
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
Required :
Bachelor's degree in HR or related fieldAt least 5 years of HR experience, with specialization in employee relationsSHRM certification preferred
