Priority 1 Plumbing & Drain Services / Clear Choice Water Treatment has an immediate opening for a Customer Relationship Manager. The person who fills this important role in our company will serve as our first contact with new customers and a familiar person for returning clients. In this position you will support Team Members to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities for this position include :

• Handle incoming customer phone calls and schedule appointments – delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Interface with the technicians regarding jobs, follow-ups and support
• Weekly status reporting, account reconciliation, generating estimates, etc.
• Applying for applicable permits and arranging inspections as needed
