Release Train Engineer

A company is looking for a Delivery Stream Lead-2 who will facilitate Agile Release Trains and drive program-level execution and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate ART events, ensuring alignment across multiple Agile teams

Coach teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices while fostering a culture of collaboration

Track progress towards objectives, manage dependencies, and report key ART metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of five years of experience in Agile delivery roles

Deep understanding of SAFe principles and Agile delivery at scale

Proven facilitation skills across large, cross-functional groups

SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is preferred
