Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent with exceptional communication skills and a neutral accent. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or debt collection , with a proven ability to handle calls efficiently, engage customers, and deliver high-quality service. Healthcare experience is not required what matters most is your drive, communication finesse, and customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and / or outbound calls professionally while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
  • Engage customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or support.
  • Manage sales, account inquiries, or collections effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, quality, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer experience and call outcomes.
  • Follow company policies, call scripts, and compliance requirements.
