The Material Program Manager (MPM) role, within RTX, requires strong leadership skills with demonstrated project management experience. The MPM is accountable for managing supplier performance, strategies, and success. As the interface between Supply Chain, the Program Office / Integrated Product Team (IPT), supplier, and other functions working on both development and production contracts; this role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies and ensuring organizational and program objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities include supplier material management, material forecasting, ensuring cost and schedule requirements are met, creating metrics to monitor GSCM health, supplier assessments, and future proposal activities.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
