Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology (AT) Team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this highly visible role, you'll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams.

You'll create and execute Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure. This position supports a product development effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment. In this role you will be taking a proactive stance in making informed SCM recommendations to Program Management on risk mitigation, methods of procurement, material strategies, and supplier management.

What You Will Do :

• Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Planning and executing sourcing decisions and supporting the Make / Buy / Where process.
• Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and / or Modifications (TCMs).
• Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Generating Supplier Request for Information / Proposals / Quotes (RFIs / RFPs / RFQs) and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals / quotes.
• Active engagement and taking the lead on proposal activities and BOM approvals.
• Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement / management.
• Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
• Being familiar with and referencing applicable policies and procedures to perform MPM tasks.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the companys performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
