In this position, you will be the manager of all proposal activities following FAR-15. You will require exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as you lead a cross-functional team responsible for providing material quotes to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This opportunity is with the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area, Product Support sub-mission area of Raytheon. In this role you will be the Pre-Award Program Manager for the DLA Spares Program, responsible for $20 million in Bookings of the Program's Annual Operating Plan. You will report to the Program Manager for the DLA Spares Program that is Raytheon's consumable material supplier to the Defense Logistics Agency for all Raytheon Systems.
This is an onsite position located at our Tucson, AZ facility. Relocation assistance is NOT available.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
