Organizational Change Manager Consultant with SAP Implementation Experience

Estrada Consulting is looking for Organizational Change Manager Consultant with OCM over SAP Implementation project experience.

Location : Remote but client prefers in Sacramento, CA

Duration : 12-24 months

Requirements :

• Candidates will have at least 10-15 years working in Information Technology with a career in change. management, business process reengineering, and Agile / Scrum.
• Candidates will need to be certified OCM / Prosci, and Scrum Certified from Scrum Alliance.
• Candidates will need to have 5-years experience as an OCM and trainer on large-scale ERP programs and implementations.
• Preferred to have Utility / Energy experience.
• Needs to have SAP Enable Now or other eLearning tools.
• Needs to have a Bachelor degree in related field (preferred).
• Needs to have previous experience developing and executing change management and communication plans, conducting role-based training and creating learning materials.
