We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead sales initiatives, develop strategic business opportunities, and manage project outcomes. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure success at every stage of the project.
Compensation :
$50,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to source and secure new leads, expand the customer base, and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality service and support
- Conduct in-office and field meetings with potential and existing customers to discuss their framing needs and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with framing crews and other key stakeholders to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure completion within the set timelines and budget
- Understand industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and business decisions
- Work closely with the design and estimating teams to ensure accurate project proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics to drive accountability and results
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related fieldExperience in sales within the construction industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsStrong understanding of wood framing construction processes, materials, and market requirementsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and team membersExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visitsAbout Company
