We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outbound outreach, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline. What You’ll Do :
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through calling, texting, and email outreach.
- Research and target potential clients using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales intelligence software).
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Compensation : $16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, through text, and email while using multiple CRM systems in a timely manner.Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car-buying process.Must maintain a high standard of quality in dials, calls, and achieve target goals.Have fun! US Work Authorization.18 years or older.Customer Service Experience.Basic Computer Skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.Strong customer relationship management skills.Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities :
