Responsibilities :
Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications :
Minimum of a Bachelors degree required, preferably in a scientific field.
Two or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent are preferred.
Two or more years of specialty pharmaceutical experience or equivalent, preferably in the assigned therapeutic area.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care; experience selling within healthcare institutions preferred.
Eye Care / Ophthalmology experience preferred.
Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market.
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $99k to $136k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the IC Commission Plan.
