Senior Digital Marketing Analyst
Position Summary - The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst plays a critical role at the intersection of data, digital strategy, and creative execution. This individual is responsible for managing and optimizing Sanctuary Wealth's digital ecosystem, measuring marketing performance, and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive Partner Firm growth, client acquisition, and brand development. Operating within a regulated financial services environment, this role requires both analytical rigor and creative storytelling, while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Analytics & Performance
Own measurement and reporting of digital marketing performance across website, email, paid media, and social channels
Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics (engagement, lead conversion, pipeline influence)
Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance
Translate data into actionable insights and present recommendations to marketing leadership
Digital Strategy & Channel Management
Manage and optimize WordPress-based website, including content updates, SEO strategy, and landing page performance
Maintain HubSpot CRM architecture, ensuring data integrity, attribution, and alignment with business development efforts
Build and manage marketing automation workflows and segmented email campaigns
Support paid and organic social strategy aligned to the client and prospect journey
Creative & Design Execution
Develop and refine digital marketing assets, including email templates, social graphics, presentations, and collateral
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality, on-brand materials
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all marketing materials comply with FINRA, SEC, and firm-specific guidelines
Partner with compliance teams to manage review and approval workflows
Balance creative execution with regulatory requirements in a highly controlled environment
Requirements
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field
710 years of digital marketing experience within financial services or a regulated industry
Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite
Proven experience with SEO/AEO best practices and GEO required
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting
Ability to manage multi-channel marketing programs and translate data into strategy
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Familiarity with paid media platforms and marketing attribution models
Knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations, including the SEC Marketing Rule
Experience with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or digital marketing
