Digital Communications And Strategy Lead

Position Purpose : Develop and implement digital communications and strategy, and execution plans, for content of intranet, external websites and social media presence.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the development and maintenance of content for internal and external websites and social media outlets
• Manage and define the corporation's search engine optimization development and tracking to measure strategies
• Evaluate and prepare competitive intelligence trends and analysis reports
• Assist in development of content strategy and comprehensive guidelines
• Manage user experience and usability compliance
• Research new digital opportunities and enhancements and recommend updates
• Lead the creation and implementation of web and social media initiatives
• Oversee website redesign, mobile optimization, and mobile application development

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience. 6+ combined years of web, interactive or digital communication experience. Working knowledge of social media, HTML, Photoshop, and user metrics. Experience with interactive design and usability experience. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Pay Range : $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
