SR Business Systems Analyst - Servicemax & Sfdc

Insight Global is hiring a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a leading Medical Device Manufacturing client. You'll support Phase 1 of a Salesforce and ServiceMax product deployment, currently in limited market release, with full rollout expected by June 2026. This high-priority, multi-million-dollar initiative requires substantial technical expertise in Salesforce and ServiceMax, as well as business acumen, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. This is a hybrid role working onsite in Maple Grove 2-3x a week.

MBA or advanced degree, demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

Knowledge of validation processes and documentation.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceMax and Salesforce (SFDC).

Expertise in user configuration, environment setup, access and security management.

Proven ability to support and coordinate UAT activities, preferably in regulated environments.

Experience partnering with architects and technical leads during solution design.

Solid experience managing Agile ceremonies and sprint execution.

Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and traceability.

Strong troubleshooting skills across both functional and technical areas.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated, independent, and highly accountable, with a passion for delivering compliant, quality product outcomes.
