Requirements :
7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent role.Proven experience in advisory or wealth management environments.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; able to influence and interact at all levels of the organization.Comfortable working in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments.Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and technology integration.Experience in testing, including creation and execution of test plans, scripts, and production check-out.Ability to work independently and proactively solve complex problems.Experience with cross-functional teams and agile delivery methodologies.Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes is a plus.Proficiency with requirement and process tools (e.g., Visio, Provision, DOORS, HP Quality Center).Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred Requirements :
Experience with Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) or other wealth management platforms.Knowledge of workflow automation and system integration concepts.Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable requirements.Key Responsibilities
Understand business processes and interdependencies across systems to identify opportunities for improvement and solution design.Facilitate interactive discussions with business units and technology teams to align on requirements.Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.Manage requirement traceability and change control processes.Collaborate with architects to ensure requirements align with system capabilities.Analyze complex system-related issues and recommend improvements or new designs.Identify potential solutions, risks, and issues, providing guidance to stakeholders.Create and execute test plans, including production check-out, and measure testing performance results.Ensure testing environments have sufficient data for thorough validation.Compile and publish project artifacts and deliverables according to Ameriprise Project Management Methodology and CMMi standards.Develop, update, and maintain user and technical documentation, operational procedures, and manuals.Job Summary
