Job descriptionManage all inbound and outbound shipments of jewelry. Coordinate deliveries with customers and schedule pickups with shipping carriers. Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and maintain order fulfillment via Shopify. Receive and process repairs, returns, and other packages. Support office management by ordering shipping and office supplies, and coordinating recurring deliveries. Assist with inbound phone and email inquiries related to repairs, resizing, exchanges, or product issues. Work with the production team to ensure timely resolution of jewelry repairs or replacements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry trends, metals, diamonds, gemstones, and engagement ring processes. Educate customers on products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Previous experience in jewelry sales or operations is required, preferably with Shopify e-commerce experience. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Passionate about jewelry and eager to learn the industry. Our fast-growing e-commerce business is seeking a versatile and motivated Operations & Customer Experience Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth company and play a key role in shaping operations and customer experience across multiple areas of the business. You'll have the chance to wear multiple hats, supporting both shipping operations and customer service while learning all aspects of the jewelry industry.
- Looking for candidates with jewelry brand experience : This role requires prior experience in the jewelry industry. While all applications are appreciated, we will be prioritizing candidates who have worked at jewelry brands.
