Sr. Manager, Chief of Staff (Bank Tech)
The Bank Tech Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Executive Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement. This role focuses on telling the story of Bank Tech to our key stakeholders and executive partners. This person will report into the Director of CTO Operations & Governance and partner with peers and leaders across Bank Tech as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling presentations that clearly communicate progress on our strategic imperatives to executive audiences
- Create work‑back plans for delivering content to ensure necessary approvals and reviews are met on time
- Develop deep understanding of the work, opportunities and wins across the Bank Tech organization as potential stories to tell
- Review, tag, and manage source content from across Bank Tech in a central repository
- Influence operating framework and engagement plan for central content repository

Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Communications or Chief of Staff in technology industryPreferred Qualifications

Salary ranges :
McLean, VA : $193,000 - $220,300New York, NY : $210,500 - $240,300Richmond, VA : $175,500 - $200,300This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
