AI Housing Systems Consultant

A company is looking for a Consultant for the AI-Powered Housing Systems Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project management and coordination, including analysis of peer organizations using AI

Develop guidelines for AI-generated contextual analyses and oversee their implementation

Build capacity and facilitate learning among staff to engage with AI tools and systemic approaches

Required Qualifications

Extensive project management experience in housing and / or housing finance sectors

Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in development contexts

Strong background in systems thinking and participatory facilitation

Master's degree in international development or a related field

Experience working with international NGOs or multilateral organizations
