Key responsibilities of a Superintendent - Public Works include :

• Ensure quality control of all contract documents and resolve any unclear or questionable details.
• Assess job site conditions and develop a logistical plan to coordinate multiple parties and activities.
• Review project arrangements as set by the Project Manager, Owner, or Architect.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor and enforce all building and construction safety practices.
• Collaborate with Project Management in Irvine to build and maintain the project schedule from start to finish.
• Oversee creation and timely completion of the project punch list.
• Deliver a final product that meets all contract requirements and exceeds client expectations.
