Compensation Range : $50-60 / hr on W2 ONLY! (no c2c)

Job Description :

Oversee product lifecycle management and support strategic portfolio development for a B2B / B2C assortment in a matrixed, consumer-focused organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute regional product strategies and lifecycle plans
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, innovation, and sourcing teams
• Drive cost / quality improvements and manage sustainability initiatives
• Align launch plans and execute go-to-market strategies
• Analyze KPIs, product profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Gather business and customer insights to shape the category roadmap

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Experience managing diverse stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience in retail, consumer goods, or the packaging industry
