A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide support for their software products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone, email, and chat support for customers using the software applications
Deliver training and consulting services online or onsite
Conduct software testing and assist customers with implementation and best practices
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Knowledge of CMS is a plus
Experience in Facilities Management or a healthcare organization is a plus
Willingness to work closely with the management team and adapt to changing needs
