Key Responsibilities
Manage membership processes including applications, renewals, and billing
Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries and coordinate onboarding communications
Write and distribute newsletters, create social media content, and maintain website updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in membership support, customer service, or communications
Experience with membership databases or CRM systems
Proficiency in email marketing, social media, and WordPress
Basic graphic design skills using Canva
