What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly and clients satisfied. Your day-to-day will include :

  • Preparing and submitting accurate, professional billing packages each month
  • Entering and verifying data across multiple accounting systems and ERP platforms
  • Auditing job setups, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining organized records
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and customers to resolve billing changes and questions
  • Following up on collections and managing pre-lien notifications
  • Providing valuable administrative support across departments when needed

This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment — perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, multitasking, and keeping things running like clockwork.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of accounting or administrative experience (construction industry a plus!)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Confidence navigating multiple billing and accounting platforms
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Accuracy, organization, and dependability — you know how to handle high-volume work with precision
  • 10-Key by touch
