As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol in Wheaton, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a vibrant retail or mall location. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while offering outstanding customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. This role provides the opportunity to engage with the public, uphold property guidelines, and respond to various situations, all while embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
