Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol in Gaithersburg, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and residential locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a secure atmosphere for visitors, residents, and staff. You will remain highly visible, conduct regular walkthroughs, and provide outstanding customer service while responding to security-related matters. You will also engage with the public and support a welcoming environment, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
