RISK CONTROL ANALYST

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the financial services industry? As a Risk Control Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting City National Bank's Core Risk Program Implementation team. Your expertise and keen eye for detail will ensure the effective execution and ongoing monitoring of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Conduct thorough reviews of Risk and Control registers to ensure alignment with CNB's Operational Risk Policy.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate timely cleanup and review efforts.
• Perform Quality Assurance of data outputs from Risk Assessment activities.
• Assist during RCSA workshops by entering records into the system of record with BCO teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure opportunities are identified and managed effectively.
• Analyze outputs from Risk and Control registers to provide detailed reporting on trends.
• Identify areas for improvement and consistency within the processes.
• Support RCSA Leads in the creation of training materials.
• Manage issue reporting and support related activities.
• Engage in special projects as needed.

The starting base salary for this position is between $37.02 and $68.75 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and / or commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including :
