A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workers' compensation claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Provide support and guidance to injured employees, coordinating with medical providers for appropriate care
Maintain accurate records of claims and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Human Resources, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
Ability to develop strong working relationships and facilitate change processes
Experience working closely with adjustors to verify claims per protocol
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, including running ad hoc reports / queries
