A nationally recognized mechanical and industrial contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations for construction projects in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing crews, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct and supervise daily field operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment needs to optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, timekeeping, and progress tracking.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for client representatives and inspectors.
