Job descriptionLead On-Site Teams Provide direction, accountability, and mentorship to crew leaders and subcontractors. Customer Service Act as the client-facing representative, introducing crews, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction. Project Execution Oversee construction activities, ensure adherence to plans, and enforce safety compliance. Inspections & Quality Conduct daily checks, resolve variances, and train crews on proper techniques. Coordination Plan and schedule tasks, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment to keep projects on track. Communication & Reporting Use app-based software to log progress, share updates, and maintain accurate documentation. Problem-Solving Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to the Project Manager when needed. Experience as a superintendent or foreman in commercial construction (pool or specialty trade experience a plus). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Familiarity with project management and reporting software. Competitive pay and benefits package. Commercial Construction Superintendent Lead On-Site, Deliver Excellence
Location : Charleston, SC (In-Office, Local Candidates Only) Salary : $50k+, Based on Experience Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 AM 5 PM with an occasional weekend

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day execution of high-end commercial pool projects. In this role, you'll lead crews and subcontractors on-site, ensure schedules are met, uphold quality and safety standards, and maintain strong communication with clients, General Contractors, and the Project Manager.
