We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a fast-paced company. This role focuses on business-to-business collections, high-volume invoicing, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

Pay : $41,000 - $46,500

What You'll Do :

Process and send customer invoices

Handle B2B collections and follow-ups

Apply payments and reconcile accounts

Resolve billing issues and support month-end close

Collaborate with internal teams on customer account matters

What You'll Need :

1-2 years of AR or collections experience (automotive / manufacturing a plus)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
