Project Architect (Raleigh)

With a diverse portfolio of project expertise, we have influence over major sectors of a persons life including K-12 Education, Higher Education, Public Safety, Civic, Entertainment, Commercial Office, Medical Office, Adaptive Reuse, Mixed Use and Faith Based projects.

We are looking for motivated and creative people with a collaborative spirit to fill the following positions with experience in Local Government, K-12, Higher Education or Faith Based projects. Other project type experience will be considered for scale and relevance.

Requirements :

• 11 to 20 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture to fill a project leadership position.
• Experience with the entire process of project delivery is a must.
• The ideal applicant shall be able to manage all aspects of a significant project including design collaboration, client management, consultant coordination, drawings production, quality control, and project schedules. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Revit and Bluebeam is required.
• A Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture and a license to practice Architecture is required.
