Senior Manager, Aetna Business

This role will report to the Executive Director, Aetna FP&A and will be responsible for management process, Investor Relations support, and competitor / industry insights for the Aetna business. As Senior Manager, this position will collaborate across a wide variety of constituents including business finance, Investor Relations, Strategic Advisors across Aetna's business units, as well as many more business areas. This role will be responsible for the following :
- Ownership of Aetna segment Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Reviews including coordinating with segment leadership to set agendas for meeting content / overall alignment with strategic priorities, collection and consolidation of meeting materials, taking detailed meeting notes, and tracking and following through on meeting follow-ups
- Ownership of Aetna's materials for various enterprise deliverables including coordinating financial materials, ownership of operational updates, and development of other ad-hoc analysis / slides, as needed.
- Support the Aetna segment quarterly earnings call preparation management process (materials, analysis, messaging, etc.) including direct coordination with Aetna President, Aetna CFO, and Investor Relations.
- Provide competitor and industry insights to Aetna leadership including listening to competitor calls and presentations and distributing relevant commentary, key highlights and materials to Aetna's executive and senior leadership.
- Tracking key financial metrics for competitors on a quarterly basis.
- Other ad-hoc requests including, but not limited to, supporting senior leader presentations, development of financial materials and organizing key quarterly activities.
Required Qualifications
At least 6 years of progressive finance, consulting, healthcare, or other aligned experienceAt least 3 years of overseeing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organization skillsExecution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skillsCollaboration and teamwork skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications

This role is ideally located in Hartford; however, remote employees may be considered based on qualifications. This role does not support sponsorship.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $75,400.00 - $182,549.00
