Job Title
Assist with customer feedback programs through various VoC initiatives including but not limited to CSAT, NPS, and others. Assist with researching and understanding the end-to-end customer / employee experience to identify internal and external areas of improvement. Research root causes of experiences where possible and assist in developing a solution via projects managed by the CX team. Assist with production / maintenance of project deliverables including, program specifications, project plans, and process documentation. Utilize data visualization tools to report and analyze feedback. Assist with planning events for Customer Advisory Board. Other duties as assigned.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data sets. Familiarity with Excel and the ability to manipulate data effectively. Good communication skills with a desire to grow in presenting findings and insights. Strong organizational skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a bonus.
