- Review and redline contracts
- Liaise with legal and business units on contracting matters
- Adherence to Broadcom's Purchasing policies and procedures
- Ad hoc project related work
Required Skills
- 12+ years related experience of contracts review, including redlining / drafting and working with legal for final review
- Understanding the purchasing contracting process from first receipt of paper through signature and Purchase Requisition creation
- Detailed and highly organized for fast paced organization
- Able to communicate well with all levels in an organization
- Strong process orientation and business acumen
- Able to work with minimal supervision, self starter and highly motivated
Relevant Experience
- Extensive contract redlining knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of IT contract work is preferred
- Complex contracts as opposed to boilerplate contract work is preferred
- Understanding of budget implications around contracts is appreciated
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $150,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
