Job descriptionLead safe, fun, and progressive classes for kids ages 413. Teach skills through obstacle courses, stations, and games. Motivate and support kids through both achievements and challenges. Communicate with parents and teammates when needed. Participate in staff training and contribute to program growth. Experience or degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Gymnastics, Parkour, Martial Arts, or related fields. Prior experience working with kids (coaching, teaching, camp, etc.). CPR / First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). Ability to work actively in a physically intensive environment. A fun, professional, and creative environment. Onboarding training (12 months) + weekly workshops. Mentorship and feedback to support your growth. Clear values : commitment, punctuality, presence, love, and communication. Real career growth path : Coach Senior Coach Program Leader. $17 $25 per hour (based on experience & qualifications) + paid training. Part-time schedule : ~25 hrs / week MonFri 4 : 008 : 30 pm & Sat 8 : 45 am1 : 30 pm.

Gravity Gymnastics is one of the leading childrens movement schools in South Florida, inspiring over 1,000 kids every week. Our Ninja Program is a level-based journey where kids ages 413 train obstacle-course skills through gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior challenges. But Ninja is more than movement its about building body, mind, and character. Kids learn strength, agility, focus, problem-solving, confidence, and values like respect, responsibility, courage, and kindness. Now, were looking for new coaches to join our team people who love kids, have energy and passion, and want to grow as professionals while making a real impact.
