Member Services Representative- Bilingual- Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese Speaking

Job Title

Serves members by being an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and any other aspects of plan benefits and services. Ensures member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and willingness to help at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor. Additional skills and qualifications : Call Center - 2+ years Bilingual in a MUST : Please focus on Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese Health plan experience preferred

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
