Wage : $40,000-$45,000 annually

The Specials Teacher at AAK is responsible for designing and delivering a dynamic elementary program in their area of specialty (Spanish, Art, Maker Space, Library or other specials subject.) This is an exciting position for a creative individual who is interested in designing an engaging and dynamic program with the support and collaboration of the Specials Team. The Specials Teacher works with each of our classes PK-5 at least once a week creating a class environment that encourages learning, creativity, and personal growth; establishing effective rapport with students; motivating students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to support academic and relational character; and establishing positive relationships with parents and with other staff members.
