Hardscape & Landscape Crew Member

Position OverviewAs a Hardscape & Landscape Crew Member, youll work on a variety of installation and maintenance projects that bring our clients outdoor visions to life. Youll help build patios, retaining walls, walkways, and planting designs, while also supporting maintenance work to keep landscapes beautiful throughout the year.This is a full-time, year-round position during slower hardscape periods, youll assist with landscape maintenance and snow operations to maintain steady hours.Key ResponsibilitiesHardscape WorkInstall patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other stone or paver projects.Operate hand tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, and skid steers.Assist with site preparation, grading, and base compaction.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.Landscape WorkPerform planting, mulching, edging, and pruning tasks.Support seasonal color installations and enhancements.Participate in maintenance and snow operations as needed.Follow directions from the Crew Leader and complete assigned tasks efficiently.Qualifications5+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related construction preferred.Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.Valid drivers license preferred.Positive attitude, teamwork, and dependability.Compensation :   Competitive Pay Opportunities for advancement  Paid Training & Development Company-sponsored events and team-building activities  About Greene Thumb Landscape :   Greene Thumb Landscape is an Indianapolis-based landscaping company that specializes in commercial and residential services.
