Position Summary

The Cleaning Crew is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. This role works both behind the scenes and on the floor to ensure all public and back of house areas meet Pins Mechanical Co. cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, notice details others miss, and thrive in a hospitality driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all guest-facing areas, including but not limited to restrooms, gaming areas, lanes, bar spaces, seating, and entrances.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, fixtures, and frequently touched areas throughout the venue.
• Monitor restrooms continuously during operating hours and restock supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and recycling promptly and safely.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks before, during, and after operating hours.
• Respond quickly to spills, breakage, or safety hazards.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or venue resets as needed.
• Work collaboratively with operations, bar, and floor teams to support the overall guest experience.
• Identify and communicate potential hazards, including spills, damaged flooring, or malfunctioning equipment

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented attitude.
• Opening shift availability is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including moving throughout the venue and using stairs as required by the role.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed to complete job duties.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work in a hospitality environment with varying noise levels, lighting, and guest traffic.
