Are you an administrative professional who is organized, dependable and results driven? If you are a detailed professional that is results driven, this is the career for you! I am looking for an office manager to work closely on key items that support daily practice operations on a part-time basis, 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

  • Client relationship management
  • Record keeping
  • Client communication and interaction- email, phone, mail and in person
  • Application support, service requests and follow up as necessary
  • Draft reports, illustrations, and other client related documents
  • Team collaboration on daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks
  • Compliance- follow policies and procedures
  • Technology- Microsoft Office Suites
  • New business processing to a high degree of accuracy

Requirements :

  • Dependable, organized with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing projects
  • Positive and friendly with strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to pivot priorities or schedules throughout the day
  • Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites with the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Maintain a presence in the office 5 days each week, 30 hours each week

Preferred :

Experience and knowledge in the financial services industry

Benefits :
