Job Title : Shift Supervisor

Schedule : Thursday - Sunday, 40 hours / week

Pay Rate : $20.56 / hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, leading team members, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall productivity. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

The Shift Supervisor  position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
