Overview
Team Lifeway is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO | Remote. This is a new position that will support the Revenue team. The Senior Manager, PMO oversees the project management process including governance, team leadership, monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls. The incumbent should have a proven track record of successful project delivery, an ability to improve project management practices and substantial team leadership experience with a focus on team development.

Responsibilities
- Lives out , showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
- Establishes and maintains the PMO role
- Creates a Center of Excellence in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards and company requirements
- Develops, implements, and governs program management processes, dashboards, templates, policies, and metrics
- Hires, coaches and mentors project management practitioners and share knowledge of best practices
- Oversees Project Managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget
- Provides executive leaders with the information needed to assess to make decisions proposals supporting the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment
- Interfaces with executives to define project priorities, implementation opportunities, challenges
- Communicates project risks and opportunities
- Assists project managers and coordinators in seeking implementation efficiencies
- Occassional travel, sometimes overnight
Qualifications
Education / Certifications required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Process Management or similar
PMP Certification
Experience & Skills required
- 3+ project/program management
- 5+ leading a team
- 5+ SaaS and/or providing services to churches or ministries
- Leadership of a Salesforce implementation (Sales, Marketing, Service clouds)
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills both externally and internally
Active participation in an evangelical Christian church
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience leading projects within a growing Sales team environment
