A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative who will provide support and training to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide support to clients by identifying problems and guiding them through corrective steps

Report system issues to the product development team

Provide training for new clients to ensure a seamless transition to the platform

Required Qualifications :

Experience or familiarity with web-based technologies

Proven ability to solve customer issues through thorough investigation

Experience related to e-banking and payment processing solutions
