Job Description : The Job
Reporting to the Director of Provider Growth and Engagement for Sales, the Provider Growth and Engagement Manager plays a critical role in accelerating sales growth by aligning network strategy with market dynamics. This role leads the development and execution of provider engagement strategies, identifies market trends and network gaps, and collaborates with matrix partners to onboard new provider groups. The ideal candidate brings strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of value-based care, risk adjustment, and contracting models (shared, global, dual risk; delegated and non-delegated), and uses analytics to monitor provider performance, pivot strategies, and deliver actionable insights. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to present and track the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
You Will
Develop, implement and manage specific personalized growth plans and strategic solutions to grow targeted provider groups
Create highly engaged, mutually beneficial provider partnerships
Leverage network overlap with other lines of business to improve growth opportunities
Transform and grow all product lines and demographics (Age in, Dual, Chronic, FFS, Switchers, etc.) by assisting with growth strategies
Manage provider term initiatives
Collaborate with Sales and marketing on co-branded marketing opportunities, joint sales and retention activities, camps, on site seminars, events and lead generation activities.
Manage ongoing support plan for sales
Strong understanding of value-based care, risk adjustment, and delegated and non-delegated groups
Provide actionable feedback and support to help providers meet performance targets
Ability to present data and performance feedback in a constructive way

Your Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
5 + years of experience in Provider Relations, network development, or managed Care required.
Medicare industry / knowledge preferred.
Relationship Management- Building and maintaining strong partnerships
Communication Skills- Clear and persuasive communication
Strategic Thinking- Understanding Market trends and develop engagement strategies
Problem Solving - Addressing provider concerns and finding solutions to improve sales
Data Analysis- uses data to assess provider performance
Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
Performs complex tasks typically following established processes
Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions
Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
Knowledge of Healthcare Medicare industry- understands Medicare, compliance regulations, reimbursement models, etc.
Understands Risk Arrangement contracting methods
Comfort with change and ambiguity in a dynamic healthcare landscape
Decisiveness and integrity in decision-making
Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication
