Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities Management, the Painter's duties include but are not limited to the maintenance and repairs of walls, doors, door frames, drywall repairs, painting, and wall coverings. Performs routine maintenance tasks during wall preparations and paintings, such as ceiling tiles, flooring, laminate repairs, and light bulbs.
