General Maintenance Worker

PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced General Maintenance Workers. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA. This is a part time position. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties :

• Assist in general building maintenance, supporting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct building tours / inspections; manage work orders in NCMMS (MAXIMO).
• Perform general repairs, respond to work orders, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance.
• Maintain emergency power and fire protection systems.
• Perform architectural / structural maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain doors, windows, floors, roofs; clean mechanical rooms.
• Clean drains and gutters; perform minor painting and repairs.
• Manage furniture / equipment relocation and inventory.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and snow / ice removal as needed.
• Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage.
• Complete Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees.
